EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Mr. Lincoln began
work on his bachelor's degree at Arizona State University in 1969, and graduated from the ASU law school five years later.
He earned his bachelor's degree in Spanish summa cum laude, and his law degree, cum laude. He was admitted
to the bar in 1974. He was a prosecuting attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney's office for three and a half years,
and prosecuted several murder cases. He has had his own law practice for 36 years.

PERSONAL Mr. Lincoln was born in California, grew up in old Mexico, and has lived in Phoenix for 41 years. He speaks
fluent Spanish. He enjoys reading history, playing tennis, and woodworking.

CREDENTIALS
Mr. Lincoln is AV rated, which is the highest rating accorded by Martindale-Hubbell, the legal directory that rates attorneys
for expertise and ethics.
Mr. Lincoln is also a certified legal specialist in Estate and Trust Law. What does that mean?
To qualify for certification, an attorney must:
- Be licensed to practice law for at least 5 years
- Have 4 years of practice in the specialty field
- Devote the equivalent of 50% of a full-time law practice in the specialty field (Mr. Lincoln devotes 100% of his full-time
law practice to his specialty)
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and a high degree of competence in the specialty field
- Receive favorable peer review from attorneys, judges or other professionals in the specialty field
- Pass a written examination
